German label printing group All4Labels has installed a second modular press from the Gallus product line to improve its hose compounding capacity and reduce waste.
This 10-color conventional press is a modular production line for narrow roll products with a flexo unit for color printing, cold stamping or glazing.
“Because our first Gallus Labelmaster in All4Labels Schweiz in October 2016 brought us a good feeling, we decided to install this modular label press at the production site of Lübbecke. Labelmaster's Advanced has a maximum printing speed of 200m/min and a printing width of 440mm, making it suitable for printing on many materials.

This means we can waste less now. This reduces our material costs and waste disposal costs,” adds Michel.
In China, company Unico also focus on labels printing.
